The verdicts your reviewer will see
One word per claim, in plain language. This is the page to forward internally.
| Verdict | Reads as | What it means for the page |

| primary_supported | Primary | Cite it as written. The claim reaches the body that produced the number. |
| secondary_supported | Secondary | Publishable, and we name the stronger source if you want to upgrade the citation. |
| first_party | Internal | The only support is your own material. Fine to publish, not substantiation. |
| fabricated | Fabricated | Pull the number. No document anywhere in the chain contains it. |
| misattributed | Misattributed | The number is real but the credit is wrong. We give you the right source. |
| orphaned | Orphaned | The chain ends at a page that cites nothing further. Replace or cut. |
| circular | Circular | Sources cite each other and no origin exists. Treat as unsupported. |
| unresolvable | Unresolved | We could not retrieve enough to judge it — paywall, no archive, nothing served. Not a failing grade. |
Unresolved is grey, never red. "We couldn't check it" and "there's nothing there" are different findings, and treating them the same would waste your reviewer's time.
